WORK

Systems in production

Systems shipped inside operating companies, and public protocol work that has been in production since 2014.

CJM Construction

CJM Construction is a South Florida construction management firm. Procore was already their system of record for scheduling, submittals, and field data. The workflows around it were still manual, and reporting depended on someone updating a spreadsheet by hand.

We sat in the field and in standups with superintendents, project managers, and back-office staff until the software matched how the company actually ran Procore — then built on that.

The custom Procore application automated the workflows that consumed the most hours, replaced ad hoc fields with structured data, and pushed information to the people who needed it. It became the company's central record of activity — the place people checked first. What we built for construction.

Public systems

Protocol-level engineering shipped on its own terms, in use beyond any single engagement. Selected public work:

MAP
a metadata protocol for attaching structured, queryable data to on-chain transactions; among the most widely used in its ecosystem.
1Sat Ordinals
a token and inscription protocol for issuing and transferring digital assets natively on Bitcoin SV.
Sigma Identity
self-sovereign identity infrastructure designed for AI agents as well as people.
AI agent tooling
sandboxed environments for autonomous agents operating with real credentials and real consequences.
Claude Code plugins and Agent Skills
packaged tooling that extends how engineering teams work with AI coding agents.

Sixty-five-plus projects since 2014, documented at satchmo.dev.
