Mandala Networks embeds inside your organization for the length of an engagement. The same engineer scopes the work, builds it, and stays through handover, working alongside your team the whole way. This method is in use with construction firms in South Florida. Construction work.
Success is embedded
We work inside your team's tools: your project management system, your chat, your standups. On site when it helps — for kickoff, for training, for the parts of the work that go faster side by side than over a call. Travel is part of the embedding. The goal is to understand how your organization actually operates day to day.
Discover, build, transfer
Discover. We audit workflows and vendor costs — where time is going, what's manual that shouldn't be, what's expensive to rent that you could own.
Build. Architecture and iterative delivery inside your existing stack. Working software ships from the first weeks and gets better from there.
Transfer. Deployment, team training, and full handover. You own the code and the infrastructure it runs on.
Length
Most engagements run six to twelve months and renew for as long as there's work worth doing.
Training, when it's useful
Once discovery surfaces where a team needs more than software — a workflow change, a new tool, a process nobody's been trained on — we build a training program around it: custom curriculum, live seminars, delivered on site if that's what it takes to land.

We take a limited number of clients at a time. The engineer who scopes your system is the engineer who builds it, and every decision is made by the person doing the work.
