You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, quote it briefly with attribution, and get in touch through any of the ways we offer.

Please do not use the site for an unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, collect data from it in bulk by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing, work around rate limits or other access controls, or misrepresent who you are. Please do not submit someone else's personal information without the authority to do so.

We may restrict or suspend access to the site, or to any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also change, move, or remove content whenever we like.

The chat on this site is an AI assistant. It is there to answer general questions about what we build and how we work, and nothing more.

Its answers may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Do not treat anything it says as professional advice of any kind — engineering, legal, financial, tax, or otherwise — and do not make a decision on the strength of it without confirming with a person.

Nothing the assistant says creates a contract, a quote, or a commitment about price, scope, availability, or timeline, and no client relationship is formed by using it. Only a written agreement signed by us can do that.

The chat is rate-limited and may be slow, unavailable, or withdrawn. Please do not put confidential information, sensitive personal information, or information about other people into it. If you want a real answer from a real person, write to us at connect@mandalanetworks.llc or book a call.

The discovery call at /book is free and lasts about thirty minutes. It carries no obligation on either side.

Booking a call schedules a conversation. It does not create an engagement, a contract, or a client relationship, and it does not obligate us to take on work or you to hire us. Please give us accurate contact information and let us know by email if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We may cancel, reschedule, or decline a booking — for a scheduling conflict, a conflict of interest, capacity, or abuse of the booking form. If we do, we will tell you at the email address you gave us.

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us that covers scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, ownership of what we produce, and everything else that matters. These site terms do not govern that work, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Nothing on this site — including descriptions of past work, the chat, and the discovery call — is an offer to perform services or a promise of any particular result.

The text, design, code, graphics, and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Mandala Networks" and our logo are ours.

You may read the site and quote short passages with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial portions, create derivative works from it, or use it to train a machine learning model without our written permission. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Our open-source projects are governed by the licenses published with them, not by these terms.

Anything you send us — a message, a chat question, a description of your business, a document — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate whether we can help, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing you send through the site is confidential unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive material before then. We remain free to use the general knowledge, skill, and experience we retain from any conversation.

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and that applies with particular force to anything the chat assistant produces.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything on it — including output from the chat assistant — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

These limits do not apply to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. They also do not apply to a signed consulting agreement between us; that agreement carries its own terms, and those control the work done under it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We operate this site from the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you are responsible for complying with your own local law.
